Courtmana aims to distinguish checked, incomplete, stale, and unknown information, but public sources and venue operations can change without notice. A last-reviewed date is not a promise that every fact remains current.

Venue websites, WhatsApp, telephone networks, booking sites, and map services are operated by others. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. By using embedded Google Maps, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms. Courtmana is not responsible for a third party's service, content, transaction, or decision.

Do not misuse Courtmana to interfere with the service, probe private systems, submit unlawful material, impersonate a venue, or overwhelm venues with automated contact. Do not copy the catalogue in bulk for resale or present Courtmana's verification work as your own. Feedback submissions must concern the public venue catalogue and must not include booking, payment, or unrelated private information.

If you submit an operator update, you must be authorised to represent the named venue. Courtmana may verify that claim through an existing official venue channel and retains final editorial control over every published fact.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Courtmana is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on a listing, a closed or occupied court, travel, a third-party service, or an arrangement made with a venue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Courtmana may update the service and these terms. The date above will change when the terms do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
