Useful facts, visible uncertainty, and no invented availability.

A venue can be published only when Courtmana has:

• a stable identity and public-facing name;
• a confirmed Brunei district and usable map position;
• at least one recorded court sport;
• a dated source trail; and
• at least one safe contact, booking, or directions route.

Missing hours or prices may remain unknown when the listing is still useful. Courtmana does not fill those gaps with estimates.

Preferred sources are current venue websites, operator booking pages, official social profiles, government or institutional pages, and direct operator confirmation. Directories and community reports can identify leads but do not automatically prove every fact.

• Facts checked means core public facts have a recent, credible source trail.
• Community supplied means useful information came from a contributor and may need more direct confirmation.
• Not fully verified means Courtmana is deliberately showing uncertainty or unknown access.

Published hours describe venue operating hours, not court inventory. Search results may say a venue is open at a selected time but never that a court is available. Prices are labelled as indicative and are omitted when no reliable amount is known.

Courtmana audits core listing facts, known opening hours, and numeric prices against a 90-day freshness threshold. A stale label prompts a recheck; it does not silently delete a useful listing. Temporary and permanent closures are recorded explicitly so history is not erased or accidentally republished as active.

The public feedback flow accepts new venue suggestions, corrections, operator updates, closure reports, and other catalogue feedback when protected delivery is configured. Courtmana aims to triage actionable corrections within two working days, check evidence against the source trail, and record the review date. A venue may request correction of inaccurate facts or removal of material that should not be public.

A representative's self-attestation is never enough to publish a change. Courtmana verifies authority independently, retains editorial approval, and records an accepted update in the canonical venue source trail and reviewed Git history. The workflow does not create a venue account or give anyone direct control of a listing.

Courtmana publishes a venue photo only when its source and permission or licence are recorded. A public image is not treated as free to reuse. Unclear permission means no photo.

Courtmana does not currently sell sponsored placement. If sponsorship is introduced, it will be visibly labelled and will not purchase a verification badge or overwrite relevance and accuracy rules.
