Courtmana collects as little player data as practical.

Sport, area, local date, start time, optional filters, and list or map view are placed in the page URL so a search can be reloaded or shared. Do not place private information in a Courtmana URL.

Like most websites, Courtmana's hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and error details to deliver and protect the service. Courtmana does not maintain its own player database.

Courtmana asks for browser location permission only after you choose Near Me and press the location button. Coordinates stay in browser memory for that page, are not added to the URL or browser storage, and are used only to calculate approximate straight-line distance. Reloading the page requires permission again.

Google Maps loads only when you open a results map or when a configured venue map is displayed. Your browser then connects to Google, which may process technical request data under the Google Privacy Policy. Courtmana does not send your Near Me coordinates to its map markers.

You can use Courtmana's list, addresses, and directions links without granting location permission.

Courtmana's product analytics integration remains off until its PostHog EU Cloud project is approved and configured. When enabled, Courtmana sends only typed events about search steps, coarse search choices, result and stale-listing counts, list or map view, map load state, venue views, outbound action types, Core Web Vitals, and whether a route or root error screen appeared. Exact dates and times, coordinates, form contents, contact details, destination URLs, error messages, digests, stack traces, payment details, and booking claims are excluded.

The analytics adapter uses no analytics cookies, autocapture, session replay, or person profiles. A temporary random identifier in the browser tab allows the time between starting and submitting a search to be measured and is not kept as a long-lived user profile. The adapter respects Do Not Track and removes page URLs, referrers, query strings, and SDK-added browser context before delivery. PostHog's EU project must have IP capture disabled before collection is turned on. See PostHog's privacy controls and Privacy Policy.

When the public feedback form is configured, it accepts a report type, message, optional public evidence link, and the venue details needed to act. An email address is accepted only when you explicitly allow Courtmana to follow up. The form does not ask for a phone number, booking details, payment information, or precise location.

A person submitting an update as a venue representative must also provide their name, relationship to the venue, authority declaration, follow-up permission, and an email address. Courtmana uses those details only to verify authority and review the proposed catalogue change. A declaration does not transfer control of a listing, and private representative details are not published in the venue record.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and challenge information to limit automated submissions. Courtmana validates each token on the server and does not add your message or optional email to that check. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies to its service. Valid reports are sent through Resend to Courtmana's private support mailbox under Resend's Privacy Policy; Courtmana does not keep a separate feedback database.

Support messages are available only to the owner and a named editor, and are deleted within 90 days or sooner when the report is resolved. Form contents, evidence links, and contact emails are not product analytics fields.

• Use list view instead of loading an interactive map.
• Clear or edit search details by changing the URL or form.
• Enable Do Not Track to prevent configured product analytics.
• Follow a venue's own privacy terms when contacting it.

Courtmana will revise this page when data practices or providers change and will update the date shown above. Material new collection will not be described as if it had always applied.
